Noida is better as the infra is better. No toll and metro penetration. Industries are there. Gurgoan is not even clear what they want. No fresh water, water logging

Do not buy property in noida extension!!....it is basically greater noida west comes under Ghaziabad not under noida authority. And build quality is pathetic save your money do not buy under construction projects.

A property is finalized based on verious criteria not just taj expressway connected to the Noida it can be a better option. Noida has 10 times higer crime rate than gurgaon Locality Metro connectivity Substitute of transportation not everyone can afford a car Most people are working 9 to 5 and they have to commute office everyday noida is not well connected I can recommend Gurgaon any day

My Deep ur arguments do not make sense, talking about crime we can say they are neck and neck , the while NCR is like that, noida is well connected, affordable, no swimming pools during monsoons, proximity to delhi are all in Noida’s favour, Gurgaon is just over rated
