My favorite RF device for at home use is the Newa + wireless. It’s made by the same company that makes in office machines Endymed. It utilizes “3DEEP” RF technology to penetrate deep into the dermis. The temperature range is very stable. I have tried two Tripollar Stop X and VX devices and both have very unstable temperatures. Sometimes it will get unbearably super hot and other times its just barely warm. Also, the Tripollar treatment head isn’t; very comfortable or as effective as the NEWA. Lastly, I also own the Nebulyft RF device, but I feel it does not get hot enough to work that well. It will at best get to 41.6 degrees Celsius and it only does 2minutes of treatment per section versus 4minutes per section with the NEWA. ALso, the NEWA’s delicate RF gel works very well and is good for sensitive skin.
@10YearsYounger2 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree with the head of the tripollar, its not comfortable. How do you measure the temperature, with a skin thermometer? HAven't tried the Newa yet.
@hadleys.48692 жыл бұрын
@@10YearsYounger thank you for the reply! I didn’t use a thermometer with my Tripollar. I just went by how it felt on my skin. It would get really hot even if I was moving the head fast. Other times it would barely be warm. It just wasn’t consistent like the Newa. The Newa is available in the UK I believe from their website. They have a corded version that’s cheaper and a wireless version. Both are 10watts of power. What I like about it is the 3DEEP technology it uses for the radio frequency head and the very consistent heat. It takes 4 minutes per treatment area. When it finishes with one area it shuts off, you apply more gel and mash the button again to start a new area. Anyway, I really enjoy your channel and keep up the awesome work! Right now I’m using red light therapy, the Newa RF, and Tretinoin for my skin routine. I’m a 40 yr old male.

Thanks for the info. I didn’t know about the salt. As for Tri polar gel, I thought I read that the gel has to be water free and that’s why you have to buy the stop gel. Is this true or just marketing?
@10YearsYounger2 жыл бұрын
They're right that glycerine based products work much better as they dont dry out. So yea. But if you want to use water based gels you can do that too.

I use glycerin for the stop but the gold also has electrical muscle stimulation, not sure if the gel needs to be conductive for that. Maybe check with Tripollar, I havent used the gold device

Do you recommend Anagel for Newa device? I bought from Current body and it is not working is super sticky.( Page written is compatibles forradio frequency devices) i live in Germany, and unfortunately is not possible to get the Newa gel, and I don't know which one is the best for this device. Thanks:)
@10YearsYounger2 ай бұрын
I've not used Newa, just check the main ingredients on their gel. If its aqua, then anagel is fine. If it's glycerine, then you need to get some organic veg glycerine on Amazon or ebay.

All you need to do when your MC gel starts to dry is spritz over the face with a water mist spray to revive the gel and awaken the slip again it's that simple!! Regards sodium, from my experience and understanding you don't need salt in your Microcurrent gel at all, good old fashioned water is conductive. However Ideally Smart water is a great choice as it's got the electrolytes.. As long as it's water based it's going to be conductive. Raw fresh Aloe Vera gel and with a water spritze is just as good. However I use Anagel for Microcurrent and have great results, you'll know your getting conductivity as you will feel a slight tingle upon touch.
@10YearsYounger2 жыл бұрын
Good tip, I will try spritzing with water, thanks.

This is so helpful thank you. I’ve got the anagel too, I have a mini hifu which has hifu, rf and ems so can I use the anagel for all 3? I no I can’t for mc but for mc could I just add some salt? Sorry I’m totally new to all this. Gonna binge watch your channel 😂 I had the tripollar gel and my skin loved it, it was so soft xxx sorry I meant to say can I use any type of salt? I love the nuface one but it’s expensive

@10YearsYounger Жыл бұрын
For microcurrent use the Anagel or any untrasound gel. I guess Aloe gel could work too. You want the main ingredient to be water.

can the KAESO GEL good for ziip halo?
@10YearsYounger11 ай бұрын
Honestly the Kaeso is not as good as the Ziip. The Ziip one is based on glycerine so it lasts longer as you need less and it doesnt dry up, you dont have to keep reaplying it.

What gels did you find work best ?
@sarahwhyld55969 ай бұрын
To transport (conduct) electrical current no matter what type of device you can use the same type of product something that allows electricity to pass through. So you don’t need separate products for RF or micro current.
@10YearsYounger8 ай бұрын
RF is not a current though. Its just a wave.
@sarahwhyld55968 ай бұрын
@@10YearsYounger RF is an oscillating electrical current, and still needs to conduct to increase effectiveness and reduce the risk of a burn. Also provides adequate 'slip' over the skin for comfort.

Hi, can you use the ziip gel with radio frequency?
@10YearsYounger11 ай бұрын
you could but it would be better to just buy some vegetable glycerine as its much cheaper and the main ingredient.
@mpinzon111 ай бұрын
@@10YearsYounger I actually bought vegetable glycerin on your recommendation. But I just recently bought the ziip halo bundle and I read somewhere you can actually do microcurrent and radiofrequency in the same routine and I was thinking of just keeping the golden gel on for both. 😅

@10YearsYounger11 ай бұрын
The Ziip gel is basically glycerine. So you can buy your own but you would need to add some salt or magnesium to make it conductive. Otherwise there's the water based Kaeso gel but I find the Ziip works best with its own gel, theres a gold one and a cheaper silver one, same thing.
@10YearsYounger11 ай бұрын
Unless you have really sensitive skin, you can use what you like.

With the nuface, I tried ultrasound gel as a conductor. I swear the lift it gave me paled in comparison to the actual nuface brand’s gel. I don’t know why their gel worked so much better, but it did… now I know why Hot&Flashy prefers it to the alternatives.
@10YearsYounger2 жыл бұрын
It's just salt, they add it so the gel is conductive, theres no magic ingredient.

Just buy SBC, its a Uk based company who've been selling to salon's all over the world for over 30yrs! Cheap' in same no frills packaging as it was made for the therapist's trolley only. Qvc the shopping TV channel sells it even cheaper than going through SBC & they do a small sample pack, with 100ml of most of their gel's they do, there's variety. Cheers

I use NOW Vegetable Glycerin (Amazon) with my Clareblend Mini micro current device & it works great! I just bought a radio frequency NEWA Plus (wireless) facial device & wonder if glycerin would work with it too b/c the NEWA gel is pricey. And wouldn’t it be great if you only had to buy ONE gel (& inexpensive!) for both devices! Has anyone tried glycerin with a NEWA RF device??
