I would like to add another tip that I use daily: After washing hands with soap spray them with vinegar or lemon juice (to reset the pH balance). Apple cider vinegar is best but I just use standard clear distilled malt vinegar to keep the costs down. Lemon juice makes your hands smell lovely and you can just use the long life stuff in the bottle and keep it way beyond the expiry date as you're not going to be consuming it.

@Armichi Wellness be careful using citrus. You can actually cause bar rot on your hands. The acid in fruit eats at your skin. They call it bar rot because bartenders cut so much citrus daily.

Best to apply at night as we don't wash our hands as often at night. Edit: Hi guys. The thanks and accolades should go to Dr Berg, not me. And I'm sorry, I can't answer your questions. I'm not the expert here. 😅 And thanks to those who spend time answering questions from other viewers. I can't add anything valuable to the conversation until I've tried this remedy myself.

Mary Mah1 second ago I hate to report that, uber-hippie that I was at the time, none of those things worked for me. Now, that might be because even back then I suffered from immune and autoimmune disorders. But after that era, I found that the more expensive pharmaceutical and beauty products DID work for me. "Pharm" at that time is nowhere near what Big Pharma is today (thank God), and I have some of the past issues better in hand (I suppose), so I would be willing to give these kind of remedies a second chance.

You should try a hand sanitizer from the heath food store. Do not ever use the regular one. This is probably asking the impossible, but there is something in that stuff which causes horrific side effects. I used it consistently for a week and had non stop migraines (which I've never had). They went away as soon as I switched to a natural sanitizer.

Random Skin Tips: To soften my hands and skin I first exfoliate w/salt and lemon or sugar and lemon and then rinse. Next, I really massage in avocado and/or honey and then after a few minutes I rinse and moisturize. Everything I do to my face and neck, I do to my hands. I carry a small glass spray bottle of olive or avocado oil as moisturizer, when I'm out and about. Only applying to damp/wet skin. I use a shower filter called Water Stick. And for moisturizing all of my skin I use a mix of mainly coconut oil (it's super hydrating) and then some olive or avocado oil (for the nutrients). In the Wintertime I add Shea Butter to protect my skin from the harsh elements. Also, I only apply the mix of oils/butter on damp/wet skin! I exfoliate my skin with a body brush every other day and I exfoliate with the sugar/salt once a week. I prefer pink salt, but any salt does the trick! If it helps, I'm known for soft skin 😂 Also, I have a friend with SUPER SOFT hands, she told me that every night she slathers her hands in Vitamin E oil and puts on these special gloves.

I wash frequently amd empathize with you but surprised the medical professionals still use alcohol and antibacterial gels and antibacterial soaps that dry skin..break down skin..cause sores and allow introduction of bacteria when science has proven that plain soap and water work just as well and do not compromise the skin. I have worked in kindergarten classes where misinformed germophobic teachers force small children to apply large amounts of antibacterial gel to their hands up to 8 times a day. This was long before covid. Asking them to wash with soap and water at sink after bathroom and before meals is all they need. Those kids also absorbed all that alcohol into their little bodies all day everyday through their skin and mouth since their hands are in mouth a lot..that cannot be good.

@@Sana.1991 Manuka honey is sold in stores. It is expensive, and only using it for minimal uses will be most cost effective as it will last longer. Make sure you get Manuka honey with a UMF rating at 10 or higher and the ingredients state "Monofloral MGO 263+. This means the honey has been tested and certified to contain the minimum 263 mg of methylglyoxal. The UMF rating is a grading system that appraises the natural markers (healing properties) in the honey as well as insures the purity and quality of the honey. Pure Manuka honey made from pure Manuka nectar will have these listed on the label and ingredients.

Some of the best info here. I recommend looking into Korean natural farming as it teaches you how to make the absolute best microbial inoculations for the garden. Everything you make for your plants is also made for human consumption, I've been experimenting with their fermented seawater as something I spray on after I shower. I found that I dont sweat as much, dont smell, have softer skin, washing my body with soap is unnecessary, clearer pores, skin grabs onto things super easy or slides super easy depending on what I want, dont seem to get as hot or cold just way more comfortable overall.

Sophia Loren, despite having amazing genetics of beauty ( also Raquel Welch) attributed there skin to daily use of olive by way on ingestion and used as a moisturizer. My Grandmother used yolks and honey of the farm as her face "mask" and in winter used bag balm( I know its not natural) but its to keep cow utters soft in the windy Midwest, but she also used it on her hands and it prevented all chapping....

And for ladies, I highly recommend Clarins - Huile Orchidee Bleue (Face Treatment Oil)! 💫

Take collagen supplements, and don’t eat sugar/heavy carbs/processed foods. I eat eggs daily. And I also wear raw shea butter daily. It lasts all day and has healing properties! @@shirleyzhang5753 proportions> 1tbsp of oil of olive, 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp of honey, (half of lemon is optional, for blond hair). The mask you use depends on how destroyed hair you have, if a lot, then you can put it once per week, if medium once per 2 weeks. Recommended keeping it 30 min on your hair, and later normally wash your hair with shampoo then conditioners. Hair gets more silky and shiny.

Re: dry skin/ lotions. Worked in health food stores since mid 70's learning also from customer knowledge & response to trying stuff. As u said pH of skin is acid, so before putting a good lotion on it its best to give the skin an acidic splash, ie: (in water) add a squirt of: lemon, apple cider vinegar, or Aloe vera. Let it dry then oil up. Many have gotten good results. Thanks for your programs
