I can only speak for Freshly. We were disappointed on how the food tasted. Canceled after 3 weeks and now receive meals from a local food delivery service and this actually tastes like food.

I tried a bunch of these services. My problem with all of them was that the food was super bland. If you eat decently seasoned food, Just forget about it. Out of them all Freshly has decent seasoning and taste. Again, it depends on the dish you select. Every time I ended up throwing away at least 2-3 meals a week.

Same. I recently started Factor. Have tried others but disliked more meals than I liked. So far with Factor I have liked every single meal. All are very tasty. And I'm focusing on the lower calorie meals. So it's refreshing that they actually taste good. The price is a bit steep. But I easily spend that much on fast food. So I don't mind paying a bit to get healthier meals delivered to my house. It's worth it.

Thank you sir. Finally a legit review, with facts. I've been using Factor for few months, but my issue has been veggies are mush. I will try in a pan, vs microwave. I think your method will solve my problem, or mere, removing the veggies if separated and add them in on the back side of timer. On the rear it says I can use the plastic box in oven, not sure I want to tempt fate.

I love how he scrapes his plate plan and that’s how everyone should do it. I hate seeing food wasted and children/little kids do this all the time. Parents make them a huge plate and they take like two bites and the rest goes in the garbage. Why do parents put a bunch of food on their child’s plate when they know their kid is a fussy nerd that doesn’t eat. I’ve never been that ever. As a child, I ate everything, so I applaud this man for eating every last bit on his plate.

I've tried some of these. A few good ones and some not so good. In my small town there is a market that has prepared casseroles that are frozen and you simply bake it. Much better and tastes more like home cooking. I may add some steam veggies as a side but I can eat for a little less than what most of these cost. I'm single so I get a couple of meals out of each.

For me, one of the big issues with these premade meals are the way they look in the cooking containers, totally unappealing. Most are so sloppy and they aren't cheap so I don't understand why they can't come in containers with separations. Yuk.

I’ve been on factor for two weeks now and the portions are so small. I absolutely love the meals and the chicken is cooked perfectly, but it seems like all the meals only involve chicken. 80% of their meals have a little 3 ounce 3 1/2 ounce chicken breast, and that’s not enough to fill my 175 pound self. Factor needs to call their company factor-lunch
