Absolutely loved this. And so glad y’all included fermented sauerkraut 🙌 Ok, I learned a few things … 1) Our family always used Hellman’s Mayo. I’ll switch that up now! Plus I noticed the “ingredients derived from a “BIOENGINEERED” source”, stated on the side of the label 😮 2) I always thought Grapeseed oil was a decent oil. Never putting 2 and 2 together when y’all always say NO seed oils ~ DUH 🤦♀️ Thx for such an eye opener! Do more of these …. 👍👍😁

This is fabulous new content, Dr. Berg! I think you’re reaching an audience who likely belongs to Costco because they believe they’re getting better products, they’re really interested in living better, and have the resources to do it. I love that you’re showing them visuals, and I love that you’re demonstrating the reading of labels, which no one seems to want to do. I also love that you’re pointing out other products that are great alternatives. I know that you are typically not concerned with lectins, and personally, I would love for you to include more of those restrictions in your recommendations, but given that you are healthy, without eliminating them, everybody has their niche. I’ve been a fan for probably more than a decade and watch regularly. I think this is a good direction to go in order to overcome some of the censorship. I also would love to see this type of shopping out in the world video become a regular series. Well done! TY!

This combo was good. I watched Bobby 's combo with Dr. Berg as well and it was just as informative. The more we know, the better off we are.

Wonderful collaboration, two of my favorite people. As a Costco employee, I really appreciate all the information because now I can make better personal choices and am better informed to assist Costco customers. Thank you both!

(Wife typing) YES!!!! My food nerd self ate this up like a sardine in proper EVOO!!!! Please do more of these practical videos! It helps this ketovore momma of 5 boys source foods and not waste time panning the aisles myself! Thank you!!!

Ooh please do a part 2 in Costco still! There is so much more to go through. I would love to see your impression of their fresh meats and seafoods and all of their snacks. I need a full Dr. Berg approved Costco list so I can be in and out of that place quickly 😊

Thank you both so much! It’s high time for the truth reveal behind all these products. People like me needs to be more mindful what we buy and put in our bodies. As they they say…”Knowledge is power and Health is wealth and happiness!”🙏🏼❤️

I LOVED the two of you together! At the end when you noted the ingredient list of the multi vitamin I hoped to hear about a better alternative.

There’s none in supermarkets right now. Search 🔍 Dr Berg’s videos on supplements, especially on calcium.

I honestly love this ! I can’t tell you how long it takes me to shop reading labels and questioning what am I missing. The Extra Virgin Olive oil is exactly what I needed. Do it again !!

Commenting as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Functional Nutrition Counselor, I LOVE the video - I especially love that you showed the Wildbrine Sauerkraut - it's my favorite brand and it has been a staple in my diet for a little over 2 years now. The only thing we can't seem to get away from is the packaging: microplastics or "nanoplastics" and of course, aluminum. I try looking for glass packaging as much as possible or making my own (mayo for instance - so quick and easy to make especially with a stick blender. Dr. Berg, I've been a subscriber for several years and greatly appreciate you! Bobby Parrish, I've been a subscriber to your channel for years as well and I LOVE making your Paleo Bread! Keep it going guys!
