My 16" earthwise has been great! Just be prepared to mow every other day during the mowing season, as it really does prefer taking short cuts. My grass was about 8" tall when I first attempted to use it and it would hardly cut at all. Paid a buddy to mow my yard for me, and got it down to 4", and it handled it pretty well! I highly recommend going around and picking up any sticks bigger in diameter than a McDonald's straw, though, as the mower will get stopped instantly by hard obstacles. As far as effort to use is concerned, I live in a rather rural area with a decently rough yard (lots of bumps and tree roots), about a half acre in size, and I can mow the whole thing in about an hour and it's truly no more difficult than pushing a gas powered mower as they weigh roughly the same amount. The most annoying part is figuring out blade alignment (easy once you've gotten the hang of it), and having to be very thorough with getting debris out of the yard as they just aren't strong enough to mulch down solids

The noise of a motor mower stresses me out. A quite push mower is best for my nerves. And it's not hard. I chose it as a chore when young. Calming.

I really don’t think people are buying this to save the environment, lol. I would imagine most people are buying us a because they don’t have the money to buy a $1200 real lawnmower or because they want to exercise. I can’t stand the digital voice on this video.

Currently researching because the cheapest gas push mower I can find (that seems like it might be worth the money) is $400, and the best rated manual reel mower I can find, is only $150 😅 Rather disappointed in the lack of actual videos out there though, they're all years old or this AI trash

We have an electric mower, but I hate the noise. So I'm looking for a quieter option that I'll want to use more often. We had one when I was a kid and I always chose mowing as my task. Loved it. Calming. Front and back yards are both small...

Saving environment with this lawn mover is not the first priority probably, but is actually a strong case. It is not only the gas/oil consumption when cutting grass. It's whole picture. Less production material used, low to zero maintenance, super long lifespan... I'm having fun with my BRILL push lawn mover from 2013 and still running strong.
