Best render settings in Sony Vegas 14 - What codec to use? (Part1/3)

These are my own opinions, if you disagree tell me why and teach me if you have better ideas :)
I'm taking a look at render options in Sony Vegas. Comparing Sony AVC and MainConcept AVC and finding best options for my use. Differences with these 2 were slightly more noticeable while editing. Rerendering to MP4 will all ways lose a bit of quality. Also giving my opinion about perfect bit rate.

Part 3 is going to be about effects that will boost your image sharpnes and clarity and I'll share my presets what I'm using and consider them to be ''best''

Maybe you can help me with an issue? I'm struggling to pick best possible video recording and post-production software. All the videos that I do in 1080@60 look lossless in post-vegas-render with Sony AVC maxed settings. Still, after uploading to YT it looks "grained" as if it lost the major chunk of quality afterward. Tried Camtasia as well, ain't helping much either since it doesn't even have @60, only @30 and encodes with .mp3 h.264. Tried uploading it raw - for recording used Bandicam with both h.264 & h.265 - same "grained" effect regardless of how good it looks in desktop vid player. Any options I should try or it's just YT that ain't allow to upload stuff as lossless as possible? And last question - I see most of game trailers and other serious stuff with , means that it's done with vp9 codec - and those vids actually looks better. Is there something I miss in terms of codecs or\and software available?

I do not have much experience with VP9, but with high bitrates H264 wins with more natural colors and better dynamic range/contrast. With low bitrates VP9 performs better without getting ''blocky'' pixelated image. This works perfect thanks, I feel stupid if thats been there for years and ive overlooked it, the last time I used Vegas it didn't allow any codecs for copyright reasons and I couldnt get a small enough file size from the default codecs.
