BEST Restaurants in Traverse City, Michigan

Here are some of the best restaurants in Traverse City, Michigan. Traverse City is one of the most visited cities in Northern Lower Michigan with plenty of things to see and do. Traverse City is also home to many great restaurants and eateries. I head to three different restaurants around the city as well as get some ice cream.
1. Sleder's Family Tavern - Located in the historic Slabtown neighborhood, Sleder's is the oldest restaurant in Northern Michigan and one of the oldest in the entire state. I head inside to enjoy one of their burgers with a side of fries and coleslaw.
2. Sparks BBQ - Located in downtown Traverse City on Front Street, Sparks BBQ is the place to go for some fantastic barbecue. I head inside to have some of the best pulled pork I've had in Michigan along with a side of baked beans and mac & cheese.
3. Milk & Honey - Also located on Front Street, Milk & Honey has some of the best ice cream in all of the city. All of the dairy comes from grass-fed cows, and the ice cream is simply irresistible!
4. Harrington's By The Bay - Located across the street from Grand Traverse Bay on M-22, Harrington's By The Bay is a great restaurant with some great high-quality food. I head in to have the parmesan crusted whitefish with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus.
