Beautiful but if I'm paying 10k USD a month I'd need a good sleep and that low dowm and close to the river I guarantee no amount of double glazing will block out the long tails at full bore.

To be honest, to live by Chao phraya river, and in this relatively new complex, the price is normal. Go up the higher floors of this building, and you most likely will pay even more.
