I have another brand but battery operated powered. I don't have electricity connected during the winter.

I'm curious how long the 12v version would last on fully charged deep cycle battery. When winterizing, we tend to use peppermint oil and cotten balls.. come spring time, it takes a few days to air out.

Soak cotton balls in peppermint oil, set in bowls around the RV? Any particular name brand oil?

@@TimothyMichaels usually the cheapest one with decent reviews.. haven't had a real issue in years doing this. For context, I am in Lower Michigan, I store my TT in a lot backed up to trees during the late fall to early spring.

I use LED patio lights with a light sensor and they come on after sunset. I run the string under my 2 RV. No mice after 3 years. I live about 50 yards from a farmer's field where he grows cattle grass 😂

It pulls less than 1/2amp. So for a long time. Especially if you have a small solar panel trickle charging your battery.

If they are scared of predators I'm thinking it would. I don't ever see squirrels near my RVs
