Dude, I’m staying at the same place as you this week. Ran on this golf course yesterday.

Good luck with the surfing, you've some great waves at home in Ireland! One of the best places in the world to surf if you don't mind the cold. Love the channel. 👍

Scullion 🦁- what under armour shoes would you recommend for someone looking to run first marathon and get a faster 5km run? I see Nike Vapor fly 2 are popular. You’re inspiring me to get into running! Thanks for the videos

Hey Stephen! Why don't you run on the grass? Following you since vlog1!

Hey Stephen, This might be a random question but do you use any sunscreen or sunblock it’s called in America when you run? Especially when you run shirtless?

Will be interesting to see the data on how many people watch this video right through, probably not the best content just watching a recovery run for 11 minutes. Everything else has been fantastic, great work.

in my opinion it's interestening because most youtoube-athletes only record the temporuns and other hard workouts - so this seems to be wayy more realistic to me. And i do stuff like cleaning the kitchen while watching this video. :D So it does not need to be super dense. ;)

@@Ajumi- fair fair. The data will tell the story. I feel like I agree to a point, but 90% of the video being the run made me disconnect from it.

I quite enjoyed watching the whole video🙂

It's deffo a breath of fresh air to see the daily 'grind/hustle' because not all runs are exciting - The main thing I got from this video was to ENJOY the easy or (on paper) 'boring' runs by making your own fun! He did a great job showing how he did that :) Also the high level of discipline in sticking to low HR zone, very impressive actually.

I'm here to watch the whole journey and I don't want to miss any bit of it, even if it's "boring".
