Go with S9FE and buy it on sale. S9FE is superior to S6 lite on every front. S6 lite has slower processor, with screen that has backlight bleed. In my country S9FE is a tad expensive than S6 lite so depending on where you live you should be able to get S9FE on sale with the price almost comparable to S6 lite.
