Every one of those saves describes me in a different way. I'm the next Martin Brodeur, Patrick Roy, Ed Belfour, Dominik Hasek or Tom Barrasso. I want to be like Marc-Andre Fleury. A great goalie that makes desperation saves. Love them.

I disagree , if you make desperation saves that means you were not in good positioning , some saves you have to do that tho but don’t say you wanna consistently make desperation saves

Man people really don't understand and underestimate the athleticism and skill of a pro hockey goal keeper as a baseball fan I believe hitting a baseball is one of the hardest things to do but try being a goalie for just 5 minutes I guarantee you would have a new level of appreciation for that Btw I was spoiled born and raised in New York so I grew up watching Henrik Lundquist ( I know a v is supposed to be there somewhere) make goalie look easy.

I say this as a goalie... but the title should be for half of these saves "Out of position goalie makes acrobatic athletic save". (Granted many of these were broken plays). There is a reason you don't see many saves on here from top ranked goalies. The best save is the easy save.

Are North American Sports fans the most boring and unoriginal on the planet? I mean, in every game you watch, the only chant the crowd are capable of is "Let's Go (team name), Let's Go".... thankfully the playoff games are far more exciting than listening to the robotic fans... especially the Panthers Lightning series which is a throwback to proper old time hockey. well maybe not the Avs Blues series which is pretty one sided
