Jimbaran is probably one of the best areas in Bali to delicious seafood option with arguably one of the best vantage point to a mellow calming sunset.

Did you get a drone, Nick, or did you borrow someone's? Eating seafood on the beach looked amazing. What a magical setting. I'm surprised that Garuda Indonesia is so well rated now. I remember they had a terrible safety record. I get that Helmi's never been to Bali. That's like saying someone from Sydney's never been to Melbourne. Uncommon but it happens.

Jeremy :) hey! It cost us around 1.5 - 2 mil rupiah (thats roughly 150-200aud) for all the food we have for 6 of us. So you are looking at around 30 dollar per person or less depending on how much you order

Unfortunately we did not have the same experience....it was NOT GOOD! Went there because of your video but waiters were not keen to let us choose our own seafood from tanks. They pushed the set menu which was expensive but included lobsters and fish. I'm chinese and know what fresh seafood taste like Unfortunately their seafood was not fresh and portions was small and not cooked well.

Hey sorry for the terrible experience. We went there almost 4 yrs ago now, before the pandemic, so we have no idea their quality is not good anymore now.

Disappointing seafood meal. Spent IDR 2,300,000 for 2 people. Thought I could trust your review being a local but unfortunately this restaurant - Jukung Bali Seafood is a poor representation of Balinese seafood. Should have done more research & read TripAdvisor which rated it a poor 2 stars!

Hi Lili thanks for the feedback - unfortunate for you to have such experience - our experience was good. We tried this place over a year ago so shame if it didn't maintain the quality. For the price, I guess because Jimbaran is famous with tourists so all seafood places are pricey. But if we compare with Aust then it is cheaper. Tripadvisor in Indo isn't trustworthy sometimes so Indo ppl usually don't really use it much.
