Why must these lists have Rod Stewart & Faces as a combined entry? That is an invalid statistic! Those are 2 different artists. If anything, Faces and Small Faces should be the combined entry because it was actually the same band, with a few changes in personnel and a modified name. I guess the roughly 125 million in overall sales (somewhere between Stevie Wonder and David Bowie) to Rod’s credit as a solo artist doesn’t look as impressive as an additional 45 million and #14 on this list, does it?
