Best settings for 2024 TCL Android tvs

Saturation 70, Brightness 100, Black level 45, Temperature -4, Motion Clearity On + Judder 2. Much better results at least on C635. You will have amazing and deep black without loose too much details, much more vivid and realistic colors. It's just amazing. Best entry level TV by far with these settings.

DoNOT buy a TCL. There is no option to disable dolby vision. During nightime if you watch a movie, there is no option to dim the brightness down because Dolby vision has only 2 modes. If you select the Dolby Vision dark, when the image changes on screen(like during themovie) the screen flickers to normal brightness and then reverts back quickly to darker as set by Dolby Vision Dark. Buy a TV that has a decent amount of RAM , probably a Samsung(check the options in the store if you can disable the dolby shit. ) I haavr my TCL for 3 years now and this known issue has never been fixed.

Hi ive got the tcl c641k and when i play 4k movies in dolby vision the brightness goes keeps going light to dark and repeats ect is it to do with dynamic ton mapping? Should I switch that setting off?

You could try to find a firmware update and install it through USB, it fixed this issue on my c635

it depends leave it enabled if you like smooth picture, if you like sharper picture with 24p cinema stutter then disable

I dint want to sound like a person who comments by saying "I've ordered this TV & it's getting delivered tomorrow" 😏but I've ordered the 50 inch version & it's getting delivered tomorrow (Monday). Mainly for gaming and movies. This TV is full off tec. I was going to get A LG OLED but can't justify paying over a grand for OLED. Maybe 1 day I get OLED. ✌️
