Best settings for Apple ProRes LOG (+ Cinematic LUT)

There is a problem with that program. I can't solve it. When I shoot a video, I show myself with the front camera and then I open the rear camera. The video appears upside down. Why is this happening?

Is it upside down or sideways? Have you enabled vertical shooting like I show on the video?

Since most of the electric devices (especially lights) are using different Hz, they will flicker more easily if you mismatch them.
