AP would result in blurry images if the aperture got maxed out tho. I use all manual with auto iso so I get aperture style i want and fast shutter

yeah, sometimes AP doesnt work that good, i use auto mode then Manual Focus on the lens.

When you use Aperture Priority do you use Auto ISO or do keep ISO in manual mode?

Yes generally auto ISO, but with most cameras you can set a max auto ISO like 1600 (or whatever your camera can handle without a lot of noise in your situation) so it doesn’t go past that.

Thanks for this. About to use aputure priority for my first wedding. What after shutter speed would you recommend for walking down the isle for text sharp images? 1/250 or 1/500?

What about focusing? I have looked all over youtube for a good video focusing on when the bride and groom walk down the aisle. Or in general when taking photos of people walking toward and away from the camera. I tried different settings but most shots are just always out of focus.

i think just use auto mode then if necessary use Manual focus.

Ridiculous. There are no best settings for wedding photography. It all depends on the wedding, where, when and how. I've shot tons of weddings. I've used Aperture priority, shutter priority, and manual. It simply depends on the situation.
