For anyone who doesn’t have a bunch of epics: Marauder is a rare I’m thinking could be useful. 21,810 base health as a rare! That’s more than most legendaries. Great candidate for a shield set. A1 is a stun, does AOE dec atk on A2, and also places AOE provoke and a shield and reflect dmg on all allies on A3.

I don't have that one but I do have Bloodmask he is an HP rare champion in Shadowkin. I have him in a shield set, got me through the first 6 but struggling on the boss though so. Still first six and three star on all of them isn't too bad.

Hotatsu was one of my first epics!! He carried me through sooo much content!! Was my lead in clan boss. He syncs perfectly with the boss stun every 3 turns so he cleanses it everytime it gets placed. Rockstar for sure!! Everyone will be dead but he is still there giving it his best! He was always last man standing! Glad to see him getting some love!!😊💖👍👍

I usually take a look at your guides as well as things from hellhades and then make tweaks of my own. For my gearing: Ninja has relentless and speed sets, 100 crit, 130 crit damage, 233 accuracy and 207 speed. Masamoto has resilience accuracy and speed sets to keep his accuracy high but also help out his survival, he has 200 speed, 100 crit, 102 crit damage, 152 accuracy, and 4,900 defense. Chani has a life steal and crit damge sets to help her deal damage along side the other two but stay alive too, 92 crit, 114 crit damage, 220 accuracy, 200 speed I built her in mind of her "Sureshot Passive" and with her Accuracy aura as she is the only shadowkin I own with an aura, with those two in effect she gains an extra 12% crit rate. Odachi has speed perception and resilience sets on I intended to build him similar to Masamoto as his damage is defense based but his A2 "great sword" is also important so I'm hoping that having hp% gloves on him was a good idea 20 crit, 78 crit damage, 210 speed accuracy 146. When I'm done maxing his gear his defense should be roughly 3.5 k and hp should be about 40k I don't know if I messed up ignoring the crit rate but I could definitely use insight on what I've done if you think something could be done better. Finally Fanatic has toxic and speed sets, Fanatic's A1 "Devil Hunt" allows for more uptime on 60% decrease defense outside of Ninja as they both don't have 100% chance of applying it, I put him in a toxic set with 2 things in mind, 1. his A1 requires at least 2 debuffs on a target for it to be 60% decrease instead of 30% and Chani's A1 that puts 25% poison sensitivity on a target, his gear is kind of wear I'm at a loss, I have a decent toxic set on him but his kit itself derives damage from attack, his speed is 209, 26 crit, 75 crit damgage, and his accuracy will be about 150 once I'm able to six star him and give him a banner. To be honest other than knowing I want him to attach poison with the toxic set on him so he compliments his on kit and Chani's I'm at a loss on what to do and if I should adjust him to have crit and crit damage. currently he has defense% gloves. Ninja and Masamoto are the only ones that are 6 star, the other 3 are 5 star with max Ascendance and level, so far my team has been able to cleanly get 3 stars no problem on every stage but now I'm stuck at the Stage 14 boss, not only can I not 3 star it but my team can't even complete the boss fight. I worry that because my teams lack of an actual healer that they are at the mercy of needing either more utility or more damage. between Masamoto and Odachi I have 2 solid tanks as far as I can tell but I would love some insight on what I can do with what I have as I'm 100% broke on shards because of that 10x shadowkin summons event plus being free to play lol.

Came here to say this! I've ran my Shadowkin team through most lvl 20-25 dungeons to try it and the Riho + Oboro combo is amazing for waves! Riho's aura synergizes very well with my nuker team as well: Riho, Ninja, Jintoro, Genbo & Oboro.

I blew through the first 18 keys on Auto without anyone dying using only ungeared but ascended Shadowkin that I'd very half-assedly done things to for CvC pts/boredom along the way: Oboro (level 59, T5 masteries, all books, no gear) Toragi (level 50, no masteries, all books, no gear)/Burangiri (level 50, no masteries, all books, no gear) Yoshi (level 50, no masteries, no books, no gear) Genzin (level 58, no masteries, no books, no gear) Ninja (level 60, no masteries, no books, no gear) But now it's time to actually build somebody and do this for real. Very helpful video! Had Hotatsu and Sachi in my vault, but not on my radar.

I'm lucky enough to have Riho.... so FWs done! I can add Ninja, Genbo, Jintoro, and Yoshi. Should be a breeze. I was dumb enough to build Burangiri thinking he could solo Bomell so I have him, Hotatsu, Sachi, and almost every other epic if I need more cannon fodder. I think I'm more prepared for this crypt than I was for any crypt when they released FWs. I already have Lydia but it will be nice to pick up some more rewards.

My team: Ninja hotatsu is a pain to book, but definitely worth it! I've used him everywhere. He can take a hit and hit hard if equipped right. The heal, increase defense has made him a second level damage dealer in a lot of teams. Oboro will ko an enemy, but she doesn't have aoe or team buffs. Self restore is okay, but the faction really needs a champ just for that. She's booked for tag arena. The amount of tuning I've done plummets after that. Sachi probably... but I'm not totally sold on her. Buffs allies, but aoe debuff is accuracy, while the best debuffs are vs 1 champ Burangiri at least part of the time... offers stun, strengthen and shield, but shield only gets put on allies AFTER they are damaged. Kinda makes him less useful. Odachi is probably more useful than Burangiri most of the time, but I'm still leveling him. Assassin could lead for speed, poison, and extending debuffs. He's fully booked as a rare, just need to tank him up a little. I doubt he'll make it past the 3 key level though. I really want to try him in DT, but I don't have the shield/block damage champs for that to work.

Genzin in relentless is one of the funnest things you can do with this champion. He has turn after turn after turn haha at one point he can cycle through all his abilities in what seems like 1 big move, and all his moves combined is a 5 hitter. Built him with around 221 speed currently (not completely maxed gear). Definitely a gear set worth a try 😁

My team is Lady Mikage (outfitting in damage gear 130k power), Hotatsu, Bur, the Frog, and Sachi. Gotta say even though Lady M is OP many ways I’m stuck on lvl21 and she doesn’t do enough DPS to take down the boss herself. Out of all the DPS you noted I have none lol. Though I have many good epics you noted; none support the team enough to keep Lady M alive or provide enough support DPS to assist with the boss lol got the short end of the stick when it comes to the DPS I think.

The best I have for shadowkin faction war crypts is Ninja, Masamoto, Chani, Odachi, and Fanatic. Those are literally the only shadowkin faction champions I have at all... I even blew all of my shards which consisted of 4 sacred, 16 void, and 40 ancient shards on this 10X event just to try and get someone else from the faction, it got me absolutely nothing for the faction. I did get Khoronar, Skullcrusher, Urogrim, and Royal guard which are all fantastic from what I understand but none of them will help me at all for Shadowkin faction. I would have loved to get Riho or Kyoku and so on lol. Being a free to play makes getting these kind of champions extremely hard, I know that 10x events don't have a good track record and I think this will be my first and last one I ever participate in especially for how long I was saving all those shards up for... Again granted I got some great champions, just not the ones that had 10x chance lol.

Just from following Ash and other content creators I'd say the big tip for new players is that many champions can do their role at 50 (especially supports). There are fewer and fewer rares that should be maxed due to the ever expanding champion pool so make sure you are using your resources toward champions that are good early to mid game that can transition into endgame. Especially champions that can do multiple things (Clan boss, dungeons, campaign farmer, etc)...the more boxes they check off and the more they scale into endgame the easier it is to justify the resources spent. But in the end, have fun. If you think someone is cool, don't let everyone crap on your parade.

i just pulled Riho in the 10x yesterday thank goodness and yay! :) so my team is likely going to be Yoshi, Ninja, Riho, Burangiri & Masamoto. before watching this video, i was going to use Oboro instead of Masamoto, but i'm hoping/thinking that Masamoto will be a better choice because he'll be easier to keep alive witht he rest of the team since i don't have a revive champion & of course i really want to 3 star this crypt. i'm kind of behind on getting everybody ready because i had so many other priorities in the game, so am now scrambing to get scrolls & gear for Masamoto & Yoshi. i just need gear for Riho cuz i went & gemmed up her scrolles yesterday in my excitement, which i haven't done since i pulled my first Frankie over a year ago, lol. i have a feeling she's worth it. :) any suggestions on gear for Yoshi & Masamoto by the way? i'm thinking Perception or just Speed for Riho.

It feels like such a weird team because all of them except for Hotatsu is an attack type champion and since I have no revivers, I am I little worried it will be hard to three star a lot of the higher up missions. Also how come he didn't do gory? I think he might be viable, especially since ninja and him will place freezes which enhances his own abilities + a heal on himself as an attack to stay alive.

I just got genzin from a random ancient shard pull :)) And in the last 3 weeks I had to isolate 2 times few days because first time I was in contact with someone who tested positive, and 2 weeks later the people that I live with in the house,they all got covid. Also, being housbound, except in emergencies - been that way since 2016 as disabled. Anyway, yesterday during CvC, I pulled Kyoku CvC from a Sacred - she was a dream along with Riho (still searching for latter - Void 2x?). So, team will be: Yoshi, Kyoku, Ninja and Toragi + Sachi. Options built include: Odachi, Fenshi, and maybe Chani forA3 (and her Dune reminiscent name).

Just pulled Toragi an hour ago. Pretty excited looking at hit stats. Also pulled Alure on a sacred. She looks like she has solid utility

Alure can lockout single targets with her A1. Fireknight goddess! Build her fast, and lock her A2 and A3 so she just uses A1 over and over.
