Another great video John. Short and straight to the point. When selling a product that is also being sold on Amazon do you want to price it the same as Amazon or lower? Or does it matter what Amazon sells it for?

Ultimately it doesn't matter what Amazon sells it for, but we always price higher than Amazon (often 2x or so) depending on the product

We have a single agent in China now with a great, reliable team. My brother posted his contact information in the FB group if you're interested! You'll need to be doing some volume before they'll want to work with you, but if you can strike a deal, they're some great guys.

You're welcome! Honestly, we just pick and choose from videos on KZbin, and have failed too many times to count when we got started. Join FB groups like FBAdBuyers as well, once in a while someone will drop some interesting golden nuggets that you can use

Great value big thanks John! I've actually tried testing that product back in May. I struggled a bit with the angle for it, my hook was "Here's how to pack a 7 day trip into a carry on" and the campaign only broke even. Any tips on figuring out what an appropriate or good angle is when you encounter products like this? Maybe I was overcomplicating the hook and should've just said something more general like "This makes traveling so organized and convenient!"?

Awesome content but you miscalculate markup. 250% markup is a 3.5 X on cost of goods sold. 100% markup means the markup is 100% of the COGS aka it's a 2 X on the COGS.
