Rosealee smith thank youuu Rosealee! This recipe is so flexible you can modify the ingredients to your liking. Even though you can use purely vegetable oil, I find adding some sesame oil and even a bit of chinese cooking wine gives it a lovely Asian flavour to compliment the Caribbean spices. I save so much making my own fried rice and it doesn’t disappoint like some restaurants do. Hope you Enjoyyy! 😘
