So glad someone posted this recently. I have an electric stove and I think I heat my pan up correctly but it doesn’t fry right. It always falls apart. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

N C if your festival is falling apart it has to do with how the dough was made. Please check the description box where you’ll find the correct ratio for the ingredients used in my festival recipe and let me know how it goes. All the best!

You said 3 - 4 heaped tablespoons in the description box what does heaped mean?

I luv Food by ‘heaped’ I mean a heavy scoop. Not levelled off but a little more than the average tablespoon. If your festivals come out sweeter than you like or not sweet enough, adjust the quantity of sugar accordingly. Hope this helps.
