I used to trail run all these trails. Now I ride on my Scale 965 hard tail. Lots of fun. There are so many ways you can combine them all. I like to park by Frame Drive and ride Worsham canyon down, the fire road back up, cut across Turnbull to Skyline, then the Ahwinga to California Oaks, up to the Tower, back down the single track, then back up Turnbull to Skyline and go east to the Cow, then back to Frame Dr.

My local trails. Noticed you didn't include Freeway which is a nice fast jump trail. located where rattlesnake and elevator come together and dumps out on the rose hills fire road back to turnbull/beverly. Nice video.
