This is my observation: Look at the roots!..They grow in the middle of cuttings. NONSENSE. (I have been doing these things in my backyard for years...never seen my cuttings produced any roots when the cutting is still fresh.. ha ha ha).. The root of any cuttings grows ONLY between the skin or under. NOT in the centre. (I can grow like that with the help of electric drill, and plug in the roots fro other plants) And the LOOKS very NEAT. The roots NORMALLY grow NOT in one nice row..

Pues a mí no me convenció eso. Ya que yo lo he hecho muchas veces y nunca salen las raíces de la parte leñosa, si no de la corteza. También es imposible que un nuevo brote surja de la parte donde se hizo el corte.
