I'm sure that last position was correct based on the huge yawn I had when closed your eyes. Do some now, but haven't thought about ankles. Unfortunately my waist pillows are currently built-in.

Have you heard of a U pillow? I had one for a short time. I really liked it! ❤ It just didn't address the space between my ribs & pelvis. Night night!
