Dr Monte performs and gives advice on some of his favorite exercises to recruit the core. This is the same ones he uses with his patients in the clinic. This is for every level because it can be easily modified with how long you hold each position.
Use this daily to help keep your core active with daily activities. This helps prevent low back pain and can also be used during recovery from injury or surgery as you progress properly.
No equipment is needed for this fitness routine and it can be done easily at home.
