This has to be one of the best videos you've ever done. Thank you--tons of useful information. (Wow, I want that ChilliPad!) Also--re Dr Durmer's comment about school schedules--the local school district here went to 4 days a week this year. The poor teen down the block from me gets picked up by the bus at 6:30 am and back home 5:30 pm. Seems to me that qualifies as child abuse!

Great video! Very true how there are so many simple things we can do first from a wind down time, to cooler temps, to eliminating novelty. I am interested to see how SleepLens turns out. I would love to try it if its affordable enough.

Fantastic podcast / interview as someone who suffers from ADHD and Delayed sleep phase disorder plus most likely Restless leg syndrome I have an Apple Watch to track my sleep and health metrics and this was eye opening. I would love a part 2 delving deeper into ADHD and sleep disorders

For somebody wanting their first daily sports watch. Consisting of mainly weight lifting, cardio and sleep tracking. Would you suggest Garmin or Apple?

Apple ^^ and I got both. If you run a lot Garmin is best. Depends on Your preferences. Apple measures Most accurate. Garmin is better for Sports

I have had the Samsung watch 7 Ultra, Apple watch Ultra 2 and the Garmin Fenix 8 for a month and a half. And the Samsung watch ultra 7 gave the best GPS results, the Apple watch was close and the Garmin was very often wrong. The Samsung and the Apple even track the GPS when you are inside a building, while the Garmin measures the GPS routes around the buildings. In terms of health, I think Apple gives more accurate results, but Garmin is not far off. The Samsung, on the other hand, gave very inaccurate results. When it comes to sports such as swimming, walking, running, cycling and cardio, the Apple is the best choice. If you want to do extreme outdoor sports such as hiking, sailing or cycling, the Garmin is the better choice. Here too, the Samsung did not perform well. Data is often counted twice because the watch is connected via Bluetooth to the phone.
