the drones in the cave couldn't pick up most of the quantum plorts because the plorts were in gardens, so they were inside a plot. You set it to collecting outside of plots

If you select free range, then they will collect plorts inside the markets and then they will put it inside the market link meaning that they will sell them. I have them and it works.

Blitz... you forgot that the silos have extra storage. You could have kept your tofu there... you just had to press the button to switch slots to store your gold. ;) Also, you might be able to change their color if you pick the Tech option on the color changing station. (it's at the top.)

Hey Blitz! You can actually use more than one storage unit in each side of Silos. If you walk up to it and press E to activate it, the silo will switch slots. Like so he sees

so I guess you missed the storage update it added 2 more independent slots to put items in on the silos with a button to rotate the active one and they also significantly increased the storage size for each slot I guess you may have missed the update before that too that made phase lemons now drop fruit if they are in a farm so you can plant those now for your free range quantum slimes

I absolutely love the drones, I made the cave full of honey slides and every plot is a mango tree and the drones pick up the plorts and sell them at a market station. They need to make it to where they can go between expansions though and increase how many you can have, my drones can't keep up with my main area

Blitz! Use those storage depot things! You can make a whole section into farm plots then have drones drop the food off at the depots. Then drones in your slime farm area can collect the food from the depots!

Blitz! To change the color of the drones you need to chose the vac option of the color machine, then vac it onto their personal stations. all you were doing was changing your house color!

the storage update was a while ago and buffed the silos and storage depots. They store *300* per slot now, and silos have *3 slots* per side. Pushing the button cycles through each slot, like cycling on your backpack. :D

the drones don't collect the quantum plorts from the garden floor because gardens count as plots. They're most efficient collecting from a single source (plort collectors) so they don't have to fly for a few seconds per 1 plort vs. per 50.

1 fully upgraded garden is more than enough to support 1 corral of 6 slimes, but I'm not sure if 2 is enough to support 6 (1:3) to prevent your slimes from getting angry. Also, hunters can jump when they're mad and escape.

Hey blitz! I just want to tell you the favorite of quantum slime is phase lemon which you can obtain by shooting a fruit into a tree in the ruins. They look blue yellowish and clear and you can sometimes see the phase lemons faintly on there 🍋. You have to be fast before someone eats it. Just in case you didn’t know. Also I subbed and turned on notifications. This is also my favorite series on your channel

Autumaniac The water doesn't "wake them up" they run on water and when they run out you have to refill the tank at their lil drone station. But idk if a water turret would target a drone's station. Would be worth trying.

The drones are VERY basic but very functional. they are just missing some conditional stuff to be completely amazing. (stuff like "if storage is full sell excess" or "if price >X store instead of sell") and maybe need to pick up water to splash their friends when needed, so you got a fully automatic farm.

To Change the color of the drones, go to the color changer you were at. At the top of that menu there is House, Tech, and Vac. The drone color is under Tech. Hopefully this helps.

switching colors would be in the "tech" section. ALSO, your drones run on WATER as you can see there's a little water tank holding water. A whole water tank will last you about a day. For more information and I mean a lot more look in the SLIMEPEDIA. I really don't​ know why you didn't look there in the first place. np.

The silo update has been there for a while now. What it is is you can hold up to 300 in each icon (900 per 1 silo collector thing.) So with one maxed out storage, you can have 3,600 of stackable items. (Plorts, food, etc.)

when you had the drones and they wern't picking up the quantum plorts it was because you told them to only do the outside of plots so all of the plorts inside the plots will not be pickid up. (this includes farms)

You missed some updates. There was an update adding more slots. The little button above the inserting slot will switch the slot. The colors can also be changed by pressing "tech" not "house".

Oooooo cant wait to start playing again. Drones would be perfect for my ranch. My slimes are in the main dry reef area of the ranch. Storage is on the lab. Veggies are in mochi miles expansion. Fruits with that thick green guy (forgot his name) chickens in the wilds and quantums and water slimes and empty space in the docks (dont know what to do with it) so i already have an idea of what im doing with the drones in each area.

Love them, and they’re super useful! Currently I have one at the Docks which collects Briar Hens, Roostros, and Elder Hens/Roostros and burns them into ash in the Incinerator for my fire slimes, and I have another on the main Ranch which collects and sells all the plots in the plot collectors. Also have a natural waterfall and pond nearby for recharging.

This is a nice update the only way to automate slime feeding before this update was to make a tangle largo and put a farm plot or chicken farm plot next to the coral but even then there was no way to auto sell

blitz you need to use drones to collect silver parsnips from your tangle slime place and put them into an item telepoting thing (available in fabricator) then take the items on the other side using drones and feed them to the slimes

Silos have 3 times the inventory space for each upgrade, press to activate it to cycle between the slots. Also you can colour the tech if you go to the colour pallets and see the 3 tabs up top, should go under tech. Vi wishes you read this or someone smarter than Vi who can say it better. 😓
