Admittedly, its been years since I've been their, and currently its in the news for the wrong reason, but the times I've been to Whitesburg Kentucky I always felt like it was a nice little town. I also thought it was Pretty. Now Williamstown Kentucky isn't as Pretty as Whiteburg but its not a bad place to live. While I don't know much about it I stopped to eat once in La'Follete Tennessee and thought it was very Pretty countryside and for some reason that I can't figure out I got the impression that it was Peaceful as well. Don't know if its really that way or if I was just enamored with the Countryside.

This video stirred something deep within me. There’s something truly magical about small towns, isn’t there? They each have their own story, a heartbeat that can only be felt by those who visit. As you were talking about places like Fair Hope and Eureka Springs, I couldn’t help but wonder - what’s it really like to live there, to wake up every day surrounded by such beauty and history? Does it feel like time slows down, or do you still feel the rush of life? I feel like these places could change you forever.

Hi, Briggs..., One small town that stands out in Montana is: Philipsburg, Montana * "Sunset Magazine" did a feature on beautiful small towns in each state within the United States, and ( Philipsburg, Montana ) came out Number 1 in the United States ! ! * Once again, the residents have painted the entire main street in beautiful different colors and shopping, restaurants, hotel and saloons are stunning to say the least. * Whitefish, Montana is another small beautiful town, except it is simply too expensive to live in this area because one of the best "Ski Resorts" in Montana resides there and for the rich and famous, and a lot of movie stars live here... * Philipsburg, Montana is completely the opposite and one beautiful small towns in Montana and the United States... The Spirit of Brownville dinner river cruise is always a good evening. There's good golf in the area too. I've played about 18 of them if I remember correctly. Ithink the arc of Town’s basically from Westerly o South Kingstown with its village ofKingston by the URI campus within it and other parts of South Kingstown like Wakefield… they would’ve gotten mentioned. Being a native of Texas that south central Texas area is very beautiful including places like Fredericksburg like you picked was voted for whatever. However, I certainly. think the town of Bandera Texas cowboy capital of Texas or maybe the New Braunfels always would’ve gotten a vote higher. Anyway great video, Briggs!

Nice one. Having to go through 50 at a time, it felt a little like a list, but nevertheless, interesting. For such a topic, maybe more than one video would have been more suitable, to break the content down into a few videos, making single town stories a little longer perhaps. I´m glad I´ve been to 4 out of 50 and given I´m Croatian from overseas, not too bad for a start. How about an episode on (semi) abandoned towns. There are a lot of interesting towns in the US where a big amount of buildings are bricked / boarded up, yet some people still continue living there. Just an idea.

Madison, Indiana was a good choice. For myself, I like New Harmony, Indiana as a great, quiet piece of history.

Right across the River from Melton Kentucky. Then one way takes you to Bedford Kentucky and the other way to Carrollton Kentucky. Not sure if they still do or not but years ago I was told alot of folks in Madison preferred to buy their cigarettes in Kentucky. Its been a while since I've been over that way.

Mount Dora is definitely valid for Florida, other places i wouldve considered are Cedar key, Amelia Island, or just one of the inland springs in North Florida

I don't think you could pick Cedar Key now. It was just devastated by Hurricane Helene. It has been hit by 3 hurricanes in the last 18 months.

@24:17 Briggs. It’s ‘Buh Lux Ee’ Ocean Springs is absolutely the best little town in Mississippi. I lived there. It’s awesome. Safe. Clean. Pretty. Artsy. On the water. Can drink all night. Gambling right over the bridge. Great food!!!

Nah, I come from backwoods Mississippi people. That is how they say it. My biological dad who was born and raised in Chuncky says it that way and call the state "Missippi". I said to him once that isn't how you say "Mississippi" and he said "We don't say it like the tight asses in Hattisburg"
