Admittedly, its been years since I've been their, and currently its in the news for the wrong reason, but the times I've been to Whitesburg Kentucky I always felt like it was a nice little town. I also thought it was Pretty. Now Williamstown Kentucky isn't as Pretty as Whiteburg but its not a bad place to live. While I don't know much about it I stopped to eat once in La'Follete Tennessee and thought it was very Pretty countryside and for some reason that I can't figure out I got the impression that it was Peaceful as well. Don't know if its really that way or if I was just enamored with the Countryside.

As a British student who got a visa to work in the US in the summer of 1980, I ended up in Denver (inspired by Jack Kerouac) and (after nearly running out of money) got a job working as a busboy at Ruszels (a really nice French owner) in the financial district. In our spare time, we travelled around Colorado. The place I liked was Boulder. I have often thought since then, how nice it would have been to have studied for a Masters degree at the university there.

My apologies if someone else has already mentioned it, but Blowing Rock, NC was heavily damaged this past weekend by the remnants of Hurricane Helene and may not be the destination it was during the survey as it struggles to return to normal. It's going to take weeks if not months to assess all the destruction inflicted on residential homes and businesses there.

This video stirred something deep within me. There’s something truly magical about small towns, isn’t there? They each have their own story, a heartbeat that can only be felt by those who visit. As you were talking about places like Fair Hope and Eureka Springs, I couldn’t help but wonder - what’s it really like to live there, to wake up every day surrounded by such beauty and history? Does it feel like time slows down, or do you still feel the rush of life? I feel like these places could change you forever.

Small town in Washington i loved was St. John, WA. population was only about 500 people. Great little town after living there for a while but like many small towns, if you were not born there you will always be an outsider. But still a very easy going little town with no street lights or stop signs . Definately no traffic since the streets roll up at 6PM . But they do have some nice town events several times a year.

Moab is beautiful, but to us rural lovers, we count that as a city because they have more than 1 stop light. Check out Morgan next time 😁

It’s nice to see you wearing White Sox apparel, Briggs, after the lousy season they had, breaking the MLB record for number of losses in a regular season. Have a great evening and see you in the next video!

Shack had a house in Mt. Dora! Quaint little place! It’s actually a little hilly there! We actually considered moving there, but the coastline is just too attractive!

Thanks for this amazing video! from these towns I like most Galena / Illinois, Wallace / Idaho, Bardstown / Kentucky, St Michaels /Maryland, Guthrie/Oklahoma; Jonesboro / Tennessee, Abingdon / Virginia, Skaneateles, Lititz, Woodstockand Harpers Ferry (West Virginia). The only place I miss here is Portsmouth in New Hampshire, in my opinion the most beautiful town in the US. From your other videso I like most Natchitoches / Louisiana, Strasberg / Virginia, Wall / South Dakota; Mesino / California and Berlin / Maryland.

While nowhere in Colorado is a hidden gem… telluride is not a hidden gem. Ouray on the other hand is telluride for normal people. All that money in telluride and you don’t even get ac. You do get naked hippies on bikes 🤢

Telluride sounds like nasty expensive Portland...naked bicycle riders with chafing and no regard for in front of small children
