I use that same iOttie Easy One touch 5 dashboard mount with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The phone is in an Otterbox Defender case so it is a heavy phone. The iOttie holds it rock solid. I’m really happy with it. Highly recommended.

You can also put it on the window

There sunlight will heat that suction cup up if you place it on your windshield. It will fall off.

I personally feel like you have it too high on the windshield. I mounted mine closer to the dashboard so that I won't get pulled over by a pig claiming that it obstructs my view, we're claiming that he caught me using my phone while driving.
