This smoked version of Beer Cheese is perfect for dipping with pretzels, fries, or even as a topping for a burger.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Beer, (Brown Ale used for this recipe)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Gouda Cheese
Mix all together in pan. Plan on smoker at 275-300 degrees for 30-40 mins. Stir together well. Serve with warm soft pretzels.
