Is there a taste or texture difference between baby back and St. Louis ribs (whether you smoke them or oven bake them)? I have heard the expression "high on the hog" comes from the best meat on a pig comes from a higher cut. No idea if that's true or not.

If you cooked both of them the exact same and gave me a blind taste test, I personally would not be able to tell the difference!
