great vid.. thx i have a Xonar DGX..... i would like to changhe. to an another asus sound card.. BUT.. no sondcards from asus what has "fresh" driver support... i use a UNI XOnar from 2021... (daaamn how hot) Q: do i keep this card or buy a Z SE....?! for gameing ofc....(HyperX Cloud 2 headphone)

Dont go to Asus. Was perfect but then there was a big Update in win 11. Since then, its still working, but the control station doesnt work anymore. No "fix" helped. Also after startup and the system is loading the driver, the mouse will stutter up to 10 secs before its normal. I had the Strix DLX

Blaster z s is absolute crap. Had two tested and the drivers were absolutely broken. Had to dislike vid cause you spread lies

absolutely its not crap , i have sound blaster z with Logitech z906 (optical cable) without any issues also ordered ae-9 today for upgrading. just fyi i have used z623 with sound blaster z for nine years without any driver issues...

I've had mine since 2014 and no issues. The only slight thing is that my sub doesn't seem to work on 2.1 But sound is great. Come to have a look if it's worth upgrading ir not, but hearing lots of reviews mentioning sound distortion on the AE models
