This video made me feel validated. At the moment I wear 38J-K (I used to fit into a 46H) and they are natural, so support is crucial for jogging (not up for running yet). When my funds are good again, I will probably explore a lot of these. Elomi is one of my favorite brands, but I have never owned a sports bra from that company. The Moveable clip on the elomi sports bra is not to keep your strap in place but to convert your straps to a racer back style. If you clip it onto the hook on the other strap it will give you even more support then wearing it with normal straps. The panache sports also has the same clip :) I just work with Elomi, Freya and Panache :)

I n e v e r workout because of my boobs. Like I play tennis and when we are doing our warm ups or conditioning my coach makes me sit out because she's worried I'll hurt myself. Finally there's something I can actually use 💞

uggghhh you have the MOST relatable bra videos on the internet. as a 30G, i feel youuuuu. small band and big cup is nearly impossible to find in stores, and there are NO reviews of the bras that actually do have those proportions. i have wasted so much money ordering sizes close to mine, or from websites that give no info on the actual fit, only to find that i hate wearing the bra i just spent $50 on!! i have so many of those laundry bags, but they really are worth owning, so i wont add my insta

Girl i told you Elomi bras are the best!!! But that clip was not put there to keep thestrap shortener from slipping. Lol. I almost laughed. It is a hook to convert the bra to a t back!!!!! When it is t back you have much much less movement when you jump so it is the bestest immobilizer ever!!!! Plus it is perfect for t back fitness wear.

FYI, Royce is a wireless brand! All of their bras. I have one from them for lounging around, but I mostly wear wired bras.

Thank you for this video!!! I had a breast reduction several years ago and I currently wear a 38 FFF. Finding a bra to wear during workout has been nearly impossible!! I wear two bras then wrap my chest in ACE bandages to help control bouncing. This method is not only uncomfortable but I sweat alot and the bras don't last long. My body is very similar to yours and I have used, for 5 years, the Panache Sports bra at the gym, but I never heard of the Elomi brand until this year, where I brought several. I watched your strapless bra vid and was like noooooo girl. Listen i feel your pain I’m a 32FF on my skinny days and can go up to a 32GG when I’m fluffy 😂. I ONLY wear Panache, Freya and Fantasie bras. Their workout bras lock and load us heavy chest girls, same with their everyday bras and strapless bras. Enell is also a fantastic brand with zero movement. You can buy a standard size, which their sizing is a bit odd, or have a couple custom made. I am a similar size and can vouch that these things are like armor.

The Elomi Energise has been my go-to sports bra since like 2012... I also thoroughly recommend :-) Slight tip... You can generally get these pretty easily on eBay to :-) I've found that helpful cuz I'm in Australia, so postage is often expensive with many uk-based online stores. More recently, I started wearing a Shock Absorber wireless bra ON TOP of my standard bra (then putting an additional standard cotton crop over the top of that as well)... I've found that often ends up being even firmer then the Elomi Energise... But both are great :-) PS. Yeah Royce is garbage :-p Its an Australian company, & there's hardly any big bras down here, so there's not much competition haha (I get mine shipped from the uk). This would have helped a lot of people who didn't know already know about Elomi... Well done hun 😊🌹

I can't wear wire bras anymore. Apparently I'm allergic to nickel all of a sudden (I thought I was gonna scratch my skin off - I can't even wear my favorite bra anymore). My favorite sports bra has always been by Shock Absorber (smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003ZHSL1A/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1), but I do kinda hate how high up it comes. I can't wear it under regular clothes, but it's wirefree and I still feel like it supports. I call it the Immobilizer. :)

The struggle for supportive bras and sports bras is DEFINITELY real ..I know first hand with 38k cups... you should look into SheFit sports bras as well .. they are no bounce and supportive.. and I also was gonna suggest the Brassy Bras lift tape for the big tatas to go braless... i havent tried the tape yet but definitely will soon and hope you do as well...😘

You can actually have great support without underwire. I prefer wireless bras, and I'm a J cup. The Glamorize sports bras are wireless and _incredibly_ secure.

Bravissimo for fit, BraStop for price ❤ But if you're an i cup then I'm guessing you're in the US (that size doesn't exist in UK sizing) - So look for somewhere that stocks Freya, & Panache bra's (they generally have the best fitting bra's for H+ cups), along with Elomi obviously but less places stock Elomi... You should try a Shefit bra if you haven't already. It isn't the cutest, and isn't the softest, but damn, does it hold the girls down (I'm a 36HH US and wear the 2X Luxe in Shefit land, if that helps).
