For surf fishing Targetting stin ray is difficult one compare to GT use spider sinker atleast 120 grams because it will hold in the sand and use cut the bait use it for best results and line or monofilament is important for stingray catch and these are my experience in surf just sharing with you and thanks for your video with information 👌

I found the elastic thread 0.8 mm nearby flower bazaar area. Only 15 rs @ 10 mtrs per reel. best use for this type of fishing.Online its too costly.Thread will get soft in the water.

the shops are on Narayana mudali street. they are selling beads etc for embroidery. ask for wrist band elastic. they have 0.8 mm you can try for thinner.
