One suggestion make sure that you eat vegetables along with non-veg. Only protein and carbs are not a healthy combination as it lacks fibre. Order some proper salad with green veggies or mix veg etc.

Kashmiri noon chai has green tea leaves, which is not kashmiri as there is no tea production in kashmir, it’s majorly from Darjeeling or Assam. But yes they use green tea with soda and salt. I was corrected by my father in law as my husband is from Kashmir.
