Hey man, the best thing early game is to sell shoes. Upgrade one house to do that while your hunters bring in the hides to make leather. When you pay for a trade route you get 8gold per shoe. Bra video jag gillade and subscribed!

Thanks for the tips! I loved doing shoes too. BUT now its seems so har to get hides all of a sudden, så I struggle to get enough boots to sell lol

The Pigs definitely create some meat, but it's never enough to by itself give me a surplus. I have a city of about 130 families at the moment, and probably a third of those families are living in houses with pig pens. It does impact food variety and keep my people happy, but the highest surplus of meat I'll ever get is about 1 or 2, and that's also with my hunter's camp active!

Bro what? Definitely if you didn't get the meat tech but if you did get it... You'll be overflowing with meat. Just add like 10 burgage for carrots and you'll always have so much surpluss surpluss

If you make your burgage plots wider and less long the workers will haevest the vegetables more efficiently

@@GamingNorse yes there's videos about it, burgage plots should be slightly triangular with the house in the smallest corner so the workers spend less time walking to the end of the plot and back to the house to return the vegetables 😁

I raided a bandit camp one time and gave the resources to the town and ended up with 400 firewood... lol.. but then it went away a couple months later. Prob a bug but, was quite hilarious.

I've just been playing through an awful start with a rich animal and rich fish as my starter region. Been hard to get going, but finally managed to get it up to level 3! I have taken over half the map by this point, though, lol.

You have to download it with these instructions if you want to try it: To try the BETA, please follow these steps: Open Steam Right-click on Manor Lords in your library Select Properties Go to the BETAS tab Enter the password: veryNiceBasket Choose "pre_release" from the "Beta participation" drop-down list Wait for the game to update the files (if nothing happens, restart the Steam client) Launch the game
