I got a 2013 SS would there be a difference in sound with a full outlaw axle back exhaust or a stock muffler replaced with an outlaw muffler with a resonator delete. The full axle back has a resonator delete. Please help

What if I got 305s all the way around, does the upgrade have to be 285s front, 305 in the back and what does ordering rims go with two different widths?

since the camaro is RWD, you want beef on the rear wheels, that's where the power will be diverted upon launch. as for the rims, the 20in spec goes for all tires since it's referencing the inner diameter of the tire. even if the tire is wider, the diameter stays the same.

What size did you go on the rear tires? I went with 305/35ZR20 in the rear & 285/35/ZR20 on the front which has caused the speedometer to be off by 3 MPH slower.

Are you stock ride height? Did you have any problems with the rears rubbing being 305/35/20?

@@6.2Pena It wasn't quite rubbing and it is lowered. I ended up switching to 305/30's in the rear to fix the speedometer and to avoid it rubbing. I didn't want to mess with relocating that wire harness.

Wider tires while keeping the same aspect ratio increases the overall diameter of the wheel. Thats probably why your speedometer was off.

Borla Atak for sure. Corsa is the loudest but is overpriced. Flowmasters are good too but doesn’t have an option to retain NPP function.

Not really. You could argue that a full exhaust would. However, the key here is that these mods would preserve the warranty while giving you some performance enhancement.

@@gvaspirated word, thinking about getting an LT1. Don’t know much about sports cars, I know stock is 455 hp and I would love to get it too 500. just don’t really know what to do

@@nonstopfeeds7169 I have the LT1 engine, I dynoed 380 whp bone stock. After catless headers + rotofab intake + tune, I dynoed 430 whp. I'm guessing an intake manifold (ported lt2 or msd) and e85 should get you just below 500. A cam would definitely push you above the 500 mark. Any form of boost would likely push you over the 600 mark but LT1s are sketchy with boost, so you'd have to spend a fortune to forge your internals (eg. pistons, rods etc)

Anything that gets you significantly more power will probably void warranty. That’s why he didn’t mention it. Full Exhaust, LT2 ported mani, 95mm Throttle body, CAI, Heads + Cam Package, with E85 gets you plenty of power without even boosting it.

Headers void the warranty as you should have the vehicle tuned or you purchased a performance part for nothing
