If you are a steak lover then you must go Arrowhead Grill at Banani. I went to many steakhouse in dhaka, like Woodhouse Grill, Steakout, Meat Theory, Lonestar Strakhouse, Shaws steakhouse but I thought Arrowhead Grill is the best in all dhaka. There is many delicious food. Recomanded dish- Smoked Thor's Hammer, Back Ribs, Dino Ribs, El-dorado Platter, Meat Portland platter, Mozzarella sticks, Colorado cheese drizzle etc.

Well, I'm not a steak aficionado and never visited any steakhouses. Although I've made steaks myself a few of times. And I'd like say that one thing I've noticed in the whole video is none of the steaks has good crust, actually no crust on them other than just grill marks. You guys should have mentioned that. Even if it is your preference that you don't like crust on steaks. But crust do make a good difference in taste.

I dont think you get a good crust unless you do it an iron skillet, doing it on a traditional grill wont give a good crust, you will just get the grill marks

During this Eid Ul Azha, I've visited all the Steak Houses in Bangladesh, All the Ramen Resturents/Stalls (though there are no Stalls) As a steak master in Japan for last 8 years, what should I say? I was feeling like... Running out of the houses (no hatred pls)

I feel your frustration. But, it's all about the quality of beef that your local steak houses can provide. For Bangladesh the choice narrows down to only one provider.(unless it's improted) And what most restaurants/steak houses tries to do is marinade the meat for a unique taste, for the meat itself cannot provide one.
