For weekly options I think videos make more sense. For many fantasy GM's that just want some information on team matchups and player pickups this format is perfect - straight to the point. If people have specific questions about a player/team they can always ask on discord.

Alternatively,.if you also want to do live streams at the end of each week as sort of roundup of team performance and surprising player outbreaks that would be cool. That format seems appropriate for live streams and having discussions?

This video format works great! I do think a live format (Let's say few hours or day after this video post) where you do some kind of Q&A could work tho!.

You should do this live, but I'd keep the current format and just add a QA segment at the end. A lot of people won't want to skim through the video with random questions, but no harm if that part is at the end. Sometimes I don't have much time to kill and just listening to a condensed video like this is perfect, but when I do have time it'd be cool to stick around for a QA discussion

As far as the fantasy sports I play go, hockey, football and baseball. Mason Dodd (flock fantasy) has one of the best waiver/pickup/start&sit/trades advice livestreams on a weekly basis I’ve seen. Obviously not telling you to take anyone’s ideas, or mimic others because your content is amazing. But if you wanted some insight on a really good livestream format for fantasy sports I’d check out some of his livestreams saved!

I would make it a live stream discussion for sourcing players. Then use the info for a vid OR clip down the stream into a video.
