G'day Travis, Another great informative video. Kellie & I were sitting on the couch eating our desert last night watching your video & our desert pale in comparison to yours it just makes us want to get back to Da Nang asap. Your videos are my inspiration to bust my arse & live in Vietnam 🇻🇳. Can you please do a video on dental services. Cheers Louis Kats & Kellie K 👍

I need that mozzarella stick pancake in my life. Currently in Da Nang (first time visiting) and will definitely try the first spot out. Recommend any local pho places?
@TravisTravelsVN8 ай бұрын
The 'bánh cá' is pretty common. You should check out "châu thị vĩnh tế" street for tons of food options. I never eat pho so no recommendations sorry 😔
@Marzimus8 ай бұрын
@@TravisTravelsVN Appreciate it, bro. Last night I found great pho, tried three of those fish pancakes (mozzarella was the best), grabbed a spicy sausage, then coconut ice cream bowl. Managed to triangulate the places from background shops and had a great time exploring that street. 👍 Watched a handful of your videos in preparation and the evisa was the most helpful (got me here successfully). Cam on Trav!

Thank you. Question, please. Was that Google Pay? I love yogurt, glad it is there. Looks like I won't be missing Ben & Jerry's. Thanks again.
@TravisTravelsVN5 ай бұрын
Not google pay, if you have a vietnamese account it is really easy to quickly transfer using the bank apps. That is how most people in vietnam pay. Coconut ice cream and avocado ice cream are my go-to cheat meals.

Your friend is not from Da Nang right? Her accent sounds northern. Cool video as always!

Yes born in Hanoi but spent most of her life in Vung Tau. But she still has northern accent

Hey T! I have a question: How would you say Da Nang is for someone using a wheelchair? I mean in general, I know not everywhere is easy, but malls, hotels, restaurants, streets, beach? Would be awesome if you could mention it now and then in your vids. :-) Curbs, small steps etc is no problem, I'm talking more difficult than those things.
@TravisTravelsVN8 ай бұрын
I would have to say VN will not be as accommodating as western countries. Hotels and malls probably ok. There is a walkway that runs all Ng the whole beach should be fine. I think it is definitely doable
@Nighthawk22118 ай бұрын
@@TravisTravelsVN Thanks, I have travelled a lot, so I know about the differences, I just wanted your personal opinion. :) Are there any wheelchair users there that you have seen? And again, I mean people able to wheel themselves. ;-)

Hey Travis 🤙Can you please do a video about the weather in Vietnam, especially in da nang ? Not sure if to avoid the rainy season or go somewhere else in Vietnam or Asia. Great content, keep going.
@TravisTravelsVN8 ай бұрын
Ya I'll probably do a video about weather eventually. In short: Always hot, summer even hotter, Oct-Dec rains a lot.

sad to see them wearing face masks
@Marzimus8 ай бұрын
Went on Cham Island tour yesterday. Lady next to me in van put on mask when I sat down. Maybe she thinks sun burns are contagious.. 😅 Many people wear them when driving, which I absolutely understand. Traffic can get very dense.
@beyondtheads5 ай бұрын
If you’ve ever been to Asia you’ll know they wear face masks because of the smog or because of germs. They did that way before COVID ever existed
