The look I featured was quite bold so I could show all the colours, but to make it more wearable I'd just use one colour all over the mobile lid and maybe one other darker colour as an eyeliner! I'll post more wearable and toned down looks with that palette soon. I can see those colours looking absolutely stunning on you! 😘💜

I have owned a Briggs and Riley bag for at least 45 years and can attest to the bag! At the time I purchased the bag...it was not as sophisticated as they are now!!! While I have had no problems with the bag...traveled all seven Continents with it...I do not want to purchase another bag...my only wish is that my bag stood up and it does not!!!! Oh well, I am a Briggs and Riley fan 100%~~~!!!!

@@SoAnesu The cost and weight. I have a less expensive 26 inch that I feel so-so about. It was only $150 and Lighter in weight. I'm going to wait until I receive the 21 Inch and see how I like it. I also bought a color coordinated tote. If I love the suitcase, I will more than likely get the medium size. You know girlies....we love matching sets!

Don't buy Tumi, Briggs and Riley are far better quality and although expensive, a little cheaper than Tumi.

Hi Jasmine, I bought Rimowa 20 years ago because of the super light weight and 4 wheels vs 2. At the time I think Rimowa was pretty unique for these qualities. I had Briggs and Riley at the time and while I like it, and it is a workhorse, it was just too heavy for me as I mostly carry on and have to be able to lift my bag into the overhead bin on my own. I had a shoulder problem and dragging a 2-wheeled heavy bag behind me was a real problem. I have not had any quality issues with my Rimowa it still looks great, no dents for me interestingly. I had to replace a wheel recently but it was only $10 at the Rimowa boutique. I have heard that more recent purchases from this brand have received lots of criticism for quality issues.

I’ve noticed a downward change in quality in brands like Rimowa and Serapian Milano (recently bought by Richemont) when they change ownership. It’s unfortunate as the purchase is meant to elevate the brand.

Very elegant and classy, embracing the loveliness to detail at it's best. Congrats! May I suggest you to check a relatively new brand called Nortvi? YKK-zippers, Hinomoto wheels and a smooth ride thanks to the latter in combination with a very good and stable handle. The price for the cabin sized is 199 euros, so unbelievably cheap for what it's offering. Lifetime warranty aswell. Another brand especially in the German region to point the finger on is Titan, a polycarbonate suitcase made in Germany. Once again, congrats on this well made video, I enjoyed it highly! I purchased a hard case samsonite when i started college in ‘91. One of the best purchases i ever made. I like to carry china and glass found while traveling and have never had breakage either. I do need a few minor repairs on the inside like where you hook on the hangers and the crossbar. It is a 35 year old case. No problem with wheels at all. Have you ever tried Globe Trotter? I purchased a seasonal blue and white stripe trollly case just before covid. I have not used it yet. I wanted a bougie carry on case but now i am afraid to use it. I even got the matching train case.

The problem i have now with my samsonite is that the airlines have reduced the allowable weight for checked luggage or just become more strict. I am usually over weight. It’s a large suitcase. I would only pack half of it leaving the other half empty for shopping.

Globe Trotters British brand trunk style aesthetic. I don’t know the brand well. Whenever I look at it the price and colours make me think it’s private jet luggage! It’s definitely bougie! Why are you afraid to use it?

@@SoAnesu i got it on sale but it was still quite expensive. It.s white with blue stripes from the Riviera collection I believe from 2018 or 2017. The idea was to resell it because globetrotters are hard to get in the US. They just opened a boutique in LA last year. When i got it I really liked it and decided to keep it. Globe trotter esthetic is to be a little banged up. They are supposed to have a lived in character and stickers from everywhere you go. I just can’t bring myself to get that first ding. I also don’t usually sue carry on luggage. I hate having to find a place for it and hoist it over my head. Then try to get off the plane with it. I rather check everything. I am planning on going to Paris sometime in the future and I understand that i cant put all that Hermes and what not in checked luggage so I guess i am saving it for that. I am going to Hawaii in a few weeks but i think my tote bag is enough.

Thank you. Delsey I would put same league / level as Samsonite. Great cases I would be shocked if you had a problem with it’s the accessories that will cause you problems. The quality for the mid tier is decent go for it!

No zipper is theft proof.

@nataliesasha8216 they can claim it, but it's been shown that you can basically take a pen and seperate the zippers. If theft is the thing, you'd want hardside with latches. I just got a br international carry on spinner, and it's very nice, and for me the big diffentiator is the cx system. You can fit a huge amount in this thing and it ratchets down to legal size. The shorter length 21 vs 22, means even small planes it will fit, as width is rarely the problem, it's height. The zippers are very Robust but it's a soft side... check out floyd luggage, very secure, and great wheels.

@nataliesasha8216 I was specifically looking for a great carry on. For soft side the best I found is BR, then travel pro, then....a whole bunch of others. For hard side it's hard cause that's what's popular right now and they're all influencer media...hard to trust. Floyd is out of Germany and was talked about on flyer forums, and all the impartial reviews I read leaned toward Monos. They all say rimwowa if you can afford it. If I didn't get the briggs cause of its cost, my next choice was travelpro elite. If you want to know what pilots use....travelpro and "luggageworks".

I have bought them in Italy 5 or 6 years ago as I needed a very light but durable set ( I think my set model is called Uno). I am extremely happy considering that these bags are getting lots of beating with each flight.

I gave up on Samsonite and Tumi. With a lot of travel they just don't survive and I was especially fed up with Tumi, as with the 5 year warrantee I found myself going back to the store and losing my suitcases during the repair time and time again. Samsonite have atrocious quality control and I would never buy the brand again. Briggs and Riley don't only have a lifetime warrantee, but I have never had to use it for any of my cases, and I travel a lot. So the only brand I buy now is Briggs & Riley.

Samsonite is mid tier and will always have associated issues but Tumi has been a phenomenal brand for me and others but nothing is perfect except Briggs and Riley of course!

@@SoAnesu I am glad thatyou had good experiences. I just feel that a wheel coming off within 1 1/2 years or the handle getting stuck after 2 years are not really acceptable for a suitcase that costs over £1000 and, although they are happy to send it off for repair, you are left without a suitcase for weeks every time. The staff at Tumi Westfield were generally great, but it was just a hassle. I do have to say that I have a few Tumi laptop bags and a backpack, which are great, so it is only the luggage that I am disappointed by
