Ksyu made the Best Sweet Cream Tartlets and it’s so easy to make, follow along to make it.
Ingredients for Shortbread pastry:
Butter - 200 g;
Sugar or powdered sugar - 150 g;
Salt - a pinch;
Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
Egg yolks - 3 pcs;
Flour - 350 g;
Baking powder 0.5-1 tsp.
For the filling - your favorite jam or confiture. Jams with sourness are better suited.
Ingredients for cream:
(Egg whites & sugar 1:2)
Egg whites - 6 pcs (we weighed 185 g);
Sugar or powdered sugar 370 g;
Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
