A lot of young people in Taiwan don't cook at home, or don't even have microwaves anymore. In addition to these big night markets, there are little alleys with food stalls, restaurants, and convenience stores everywhere, so it's quite easy to find good, cheap food.

Great video! Either Mike got an editor or his editing skills have improved exponentially, which is highlighted especially in this video. Paired with Mike and his personality/enthusiasm for food, makes this channel stand out and number 1!
