That is why he succeeds a man who believes he is too good for input will never progress. Not to mention almost all the contestants on Ink Master are all worthy of the title, they do some really amazing art and usually its small things that separate their skill level.

That thing his wife said, "don't puff up and don't shrink" is a great motto. Don't be cocky, but don't humble yourself/don't shy away from an opportunity to showcase your skills. The fact he actively acknowledges that his team giving him pointers is what's helping him with the challenge is important. Too many of the contestants on the show behave as if tattooing is a means to an end, but Anthony is one of the few that wants to also work hard to make sure the tattoo is good for its own sake.

i am tattooed extensively but never considered a head tattoo. this head tattoo has me questioning my previous bias. just phenomenal artwork. good enough to almost tolerate the disingenuous drama permeating the show. lose the drama, lose the janes addiction guy, celebrate artists being collegial and supportive of one another, and then you've got a great show. greater show.

Anthony is by far the best ink master too date, for only doing tattoos for just 5yrs is unbelievable. Can you imagine what his work will be like in just 10 more years. And it's not just his work, he is so calm and the way he comes across the way he holds himself, he does not knock people. And if others give him advice he takes it, he does not get offend when they say, oh just do this it will look better, he takes that advice and he runs with it, and that makes him a better artist. And that bug he did was amazing it looked 3D, and looked like it was about too fly away. I would love a tattoo from him anyday, an amazing young man he should be very proud of himself. And that head tattoo from DJ, wow talk about a head tattoo wow amazing and just so clean, really like his work as well.

I like Anthony n his tattoos were nice however u can clearly see experience plays a huge part because DJ n Steve’s tattoos were far better in detail because they have been tattooing longer, which makes sense because they know the tricks to make tattoos even better. I agree once he’s tattooing longer his tattoos will be great but I disagree on Anthony’s tattoos being the best out out all other Artists. Tommy Helm, clean Rock 1, DJ, Steve, Ryan Ashley hell I can go on with other Artists being better but I made my point. Ryan Ashley on her season was only tattooing 3 years I believe n she’s miles ahead of Anthony. Yes Anthony is nice n humble but he’s not even close to being the best ink master.

Can't disagree with that, I think he is the best in master too date. It's not just the work he does, but the way he holds himself they say he talks and the respect he shows others. And he takes in the advice other artists give him and runs with it. He is just like you said a force to be reckoned with. I would love a tattoo by him. He would be great to work with on your own tattoo that's for sure. Shame I live in the UK, or I would be knocking on his door to book work done. I not long found the artist I want to do my full sleeve here in the UK. It's a couple of hours drive to get too her, but will be worth it.
