I gave my JEE in 2015. My rank was 30k but I got this only because I was good in Maths and Chemistry. I got only 20 marks out of 120 in physics, I wish I had him as my teacher my rank would have been much better. I don't have any regrets but all I wanna say is that good physics teachers are rare to find!!

Thats a teacher who genuinely loves physics and loves his job, when someone does it for passion rather than just to earn money, you will witness nothing but brilliance, i wish our education system holistically tried to really change its ways both for the teachers and the students so the education could become a real learning process rather than memorizing just to write it on a piece of paper and forget about it the next week.

I am graduate now. But after watching some youtube videos about math or physics, I wish our teacher in school taught the subject practicaly. They would just show up, make us write formula and done, now you can solve sums and pass the exams. No explanation about how formula derived, what is use of that, where can we apply it. Just mug up the formulas and steps to solve sums, that is it.

Yeah but the first thing is to create interest so that students get curious to self study and relate what they study to real life examples. I'm in the USA right now for MS and one thing I've noticed is that Americans are quicker than Indians in giving examples and their thinking is clear when they have to answer the questions. It's all because they had a good education right from their bachelors.
