Good team, but Mega Mawile should've been the last one. A poison immunity is very important on a fairy team, and the best Steel type team wouldn't lose much. There are so many great Steel Megas, but Mawile is undoubtedly one of the best Fairy Megas. That, IMHO, was the only misstep for this team. Other than that, good team, and I like this series.

Also its ability of the mega doubles your physical attack so it would be strange to use anything other than physical attacks. My move set would be, Swords Dance Iron Head for STAB or ice punch for coverage against ground weakness Sucker punch for piority Play rough as stab fairy move

I love your team mystic but I feel like they are Pokemon that should've been on this team like these ones sylveon: probably the most obvious alternative choice here just purely for many reasons 1. It's great competitively with its hyper voice and pixilate combo 2. It has some awesome stats due to its special attack and defence making it a great special user 3. It can learn psyshock so it can cover its poison weakness still leaving it weak to steel but having 1 weakness is pretty great as you don't have to worry about most types Also Here's a pretty good moveset you could give sylveon: Hyper voice (of course) Calm mind (pretty useful for boosting its special stats) Psyshock (obviously to cover its poison weakness so it wouldn't have to worry about other poison types like Crobat and the nidos) Moonblast ( just like to give it an awesome fairy move just for taking care of these dragons like Latios and garchomp) Pretty much overall sylveon is a great fairy type to have on a team such as this Also you could also use hidden power fire or ground, heal bell, wish and shadow ball florges: I'm kinda surprised that this Pokemon isn't on here clearly for being a great cleric user Also here's a moveset you could give it Moonblast Synthesis Wish Aromatherapy That's a few examples of fairy types that I think should've been on this team plus there are also others like azumarill like togekiss but that's just me

I personally would put Destiny Bond on my Gardevoir, but I like sets that mess with my opponent in multiple ways if possible. Edit: Really? No Mega Mawile? Or Mimikyu? Either one has a neat defensive option and the ability to hit physically hard. This team is pretty much just special attackers. I guess Tapu Fini helps with that, but wouldn't you want at least one physical attacker on the team?

Recently played through Y again and made it my goal to use a pure fairy type just because Id never used one. I’m not a fan of most fairy types to be honest. Ended up using a Granbull... genuinely MVP of team. It was incredible! Should of made this list as an honourable mention!

This is a pretty good team, but there's two things I think you should change: *Give Xerneas one physical move. I get it will be predominantly special, but it has such high attack that's just going to be put to waste. Megahorn, Zen Headbutt, Psyshock (yes, it's a special move, but it deals physical damage, so it still works), Return, and Rock Slide are good replacements for Thunderbolt, or you could replace Focus Blast with Close Combat. *Having only one attack on Mega Altaria is a little risky. I would say replace Cotton Guard with any of the following: Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Ice Beam, or Earthquake.

How about make Tapu.fini Bold nature 252 HP and 252 Def. Then Give it Calm mind to boost both its Sp.att and Special Defense? It will wall every mon Cause most Fairy types are usually specially defensive, you need a Physically Defensive mon, so go with Bold. Tapu Fini Moveset for me is-: -Calm mind - Scald - Haze - Moon Blast It can wall really well with passive health recovery with leftovers. You can't even use Toxic cause of Misty terrain. So it's better you Scald and Burn your foe so it can't even touch you Physically at all

I've used this team many times on Showdown, its great, but I really believe Tapu Fini is useless. It's ability, Misty Surge, doesn't allow you to use Toxic and cures everyone of status conditions for 5 turns. It is going to be gone in those 5 turns just spamming Nature's Madness and Protect. Nature's Madness can't even KO anything. This is why you should use this set of Slurpuff instead of Tapu FIni. i'm not really all that well versed in showdown or competitive in general so sorry for the noob question, but what's the point of having 0 ivs in irrelevant stats like with gardevoir's phys attack? does it affect its performance in any way or is it just preference?

Having 0 ivs in attack is beneficial because it weakens the power of the opponent's foul play. foul play, unlike other physical attacks, uses the attack stat of the target rather than that of the user. In other words, if foul play is used by a pokemon with a bad attack stat, it can still do a lot of damage if it's hitting a pokemon with a high attack stat.

Why run Toxic on Tapu fini when it's ability sets misty terrain, preventing any non flying/levitating pokemon from being statused? That doesn't work well together at all. Scald or Defog is usually a much more prefered choice.
