The HP was too large or the attacks were too less damaging and the timer doesn't stop when we do Cross Arts, Special Arts or Moves Resulting in time out victories for most competitive matches which gets boring to watch fast

The Tekken mods are more bodily proportioned than the SF models. Look at Ryu and Akuma. Too short and stocky, with oversized muscles but short limbs. They're actually the shortest characters in SFV. Hell, even the female characters are taller than them.

It's an art style thing. Capcom defined that art direction around the early Sfa years, 94-95. And even St ended up influenced as well: not in the sprites but the promotional artwork of St already showed the New direction. I dont find It bad looking overall - except the hands and feet lol
