Enjoy Philippines, do some research avoid scams from taxi and tricycle. As the locals they are always willing to help and chat.

But 90% of the locals will help you out and give you advice! The first local we asked for the 12 hours for the Whale Shark day tried to charge us 7000php! But we shopped around and got a much better deal!

If you go to this location: maps.app.goo.gl/LV2XqmkSvqYvDKoUA This is where Chili Bar is, next to it is a small Beach that you can snorkel out from, and that's where we found the turtles and sardines! Hi, I liked the video very much. We are doing there on April and still struggling with the hotel… any good recommandation (Kids friendly). Also is the shark whale tour suitable for children (aged 6 and 8 that can swim well) many thanks in advance

Thank you for watching our video! We stayed at Harman Suites in Moalboal because we wanted to be close to the Turtles and Sardines. The hotel doesn't cater to families unless you get 2 separate rooms. But there are accommodations next to Harman Suites that have family rooms, which may be a better option for you. As for the Whale Shark Watching, it is suitable for children. We saw many boats with children in them. The day we went, the water was a little rough, but we saw many people watching the Whale Sharks from the boat if you are not comfortable getting into the water.

you say breakfast or brunch ??was expencive (but you not sure because of prices) you are crazy and then you spend 3000 PHP for the taxi you are insane !!!! I not going to see whats else you guys are doing 3 min was to much

@thorsteinelstadolsen2005 thanks for your feedback! I am half filipino and have been to other places in the Philippines, so the prices at Bawud were above normal to other places in the Philippines, however, this was our first breakfast/brunch in Moalboal and the price we paid were the standard prices for breakfast/brunch around Moalboal after looking around the next couple of days. As for the taxi 3000 PHP for a taxi that dropped us off and picked us up anywhere we wanted for 8 to 10 hours is a good price if you ask me! Most of the taxi vendors were charging around 1300 PHP just to Oslob and back. But more happy to take your advice/tips onboard if you find it cheaper elsewhere, is about learning and discovering.
