Best Things to do in Singapore | Merlion park, Marina Bay Sands, Little India, Chinatown and More

So this was our last in Singapore and we planned so much for these last 24 hours in Singapore. We started our day a bit early and went to explore Fort Canning Park which is one of the best gardens in this city of gardens. Our second spot of the day was Little India where we found so many restaurants serving some best Indian food in Singapore. You can easily find pure veg Indian food in Singapore.
In little India, we went to Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple one of the biggest Hindu temples in Singapore. Little India literally takes you back to India and gives you those Indian vibes. We also went to Mustafa Centre which offers a unique low price shopping experience in Singapore. After little India, it was Chinatown on our list and we enjoyed some authentic Singaporean food at the Chinatown complex. It is considered the biggest hawkers market in Singapore. You can find some of the best street food in Singapore in this Chinatown complex.
This beautiful district is the only Chinatown in the world to boast a Buddhist temple, mosque, and Hindu temple along a single street. You can go to the Buddha tooth relic temple and find relics of Lord Buddha. This place also serves pure vegetarian food.
Then it was time to explore the area around Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands which are the iconic monuments of Singapore.
Then we also went to Bugis which is famous for Bugis Street which is considered as the most economical market or shopping center in Singapore. After exploring Bugis Street and cross-checking the Forex conversion rates we went to Haji Lane which is the most colorful place in Singapore and offers some amazing vibes. In this area, you can also visit Sultan Mosque also known as Golden mosque and the shops around the mosque offer some amazing street food.

Let me put it this way, do you have some food joints nearby to that place? It will save you time when you go to universal studios and Sentosa but you might not have markets around. And sentosa, universal can be managed as you only have to go once but for rest other areas like merlion, garden by the bay, Chinatown, it might be little far away. But it depends on your choice and budget. Public transport in singapore is very good.
